Ireland & Northern Ireland
We offer a service that if the order is placed by 2pm Monday to Friday & you will normally receive your order the next working day. Sometimes this is not possible due to events outside of our control. See 'Late Deliveries'. Please note that no deliveries will be made on Saturday,&Sunday or Bank/ Public Holidays as non-working days&.
UK Mainland
- Please note: We cannot deliver to PO Box numbers.
- We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order and you can track your parcel every step of the way.
- Deliveries will arrive with you between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Your parcel is insured by Green Vehicle Recycling Ltd during the time it is in transit and until it is delivered to you. A signature is required for every delivery and it is at this point where the responsibility of the goods delivered is passed to the consignee. Do not sign for damaged items. If the item is damaged or the courier doesn't give you time to check it sign for it and write damaged next to your signature. You can make the driver wait 15 minutes to check it.
- Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us.
- Please note that all delivery times should be referred to as guidelines only and may vary during seasonal sale periods.
- Certain areas (like Highlands & Islands) may be subject to delays and / or incur additional shipping charges, please contact us for details.
Important Information
- Before we dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer and verify your billing and shipping addresses.
- Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it, please ensure there will be someone available to sign for your parcel.
- PayPal orders can only be shipped to the shipping address supplied at the time of purchase. This could be a garage or work address as long as the addresses match that on PayPal, failure to adhere to this policy will mean that the part won’t be sent and will cause a delay as we have to refund you and this may not show in your PayPal account for up to 21 days. Orders won’t be covered by PayPal’s protection if they are sent to an address other than what was supplied on PayPal.
- You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
- Any order placed after 2pm will be processed the following day, adding 1 working day to the delivery service.
- If an order is placed after 2pm on Friday it won’t be processed until the following Monday. If you are ordering on a non-working day (Saturday and Sunday) please add 2 working days to your delivery date.
